Privacy at InjazAI Academy
What we record about you, why, and how you control it.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, hashed password, and anything you choose to add (situation, goal, country, profile).
- Progress: lessons, quizzes, certificates, reviews, XP, badges and your streak.
- Activity: pages you visit in the Academy, active time (counted only while the page is visible and you are interacting), video progress, device and timezone, and where you signed up from.
- Your answers in the Daily Hub and Career Copilot (challenges, CVs, interviews, applications) so we can show and grade them.
- Email: which messages we sent and whether they were opened or clicked.
Why
- To save your progress and certificates and calculate your points and rank.
- To suggest the right next step for your goal.
- To improve the courses (for example, where learners stop a video).
- To send reminders, at most one email a day, as your preferences allow.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not share your profile with employers unless you explicitly join the talent pool.
- Leaderboards show only your first name and country, and you can hide.
- Your skills passport is public only if you make it public.
- Reports for organisations and sponsors are aggregated and anonymous.
AI
- Some features send your text to an AI provider to grade it or to build a CV or interview. Do not include sensitive data.
Retention and control
- We keep detailed events for 12 months, then only daily summaries.
- You can download your data or delete your account from your profile page, and change email preferences at any time.
